Post fitness recovery


We've done some fitness work this morning, a good bit of walk and trotting up and down hills, then some prolong endurance style work with some fast sprint work mixed in followed by stretchy trot and a good walk to finish.
Recovery wise he will have the equilibrium pad on the low setting to help flush out the toxins from his muscles, he's done his stretches and also has his cold boots on for 15 mins to help cool his tendons down, aid recovery and hopefully prevent injury. Feed wise he has had some electrolytes alongside his regular balancer.
